An account is required to access many features of the UgandaBookings.com platform. You must keep your information accurate and up to date.
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the accommodation provider.
Ray Bookings Ltd does not own, control, offer, or manage any Listings or Host Services. We are not a party to the contracts made between Hosts and Guests. We provide the Platform, but not the travel experience itself.
Rates listed are per room, per night, unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required at the time of booking and may be subject to cancellation or change fees.
Any requests (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility) must be communicated during booking. We will relay them to the hotel but cannot guarantee fulfillment.
Any issues or complaints must be reported within 24 hours of check-in.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
